This sandwich is absolutely delicious! The chicken is so juicy inside and perfectly crispy outside. The brioche bun makes a big difference - it's soft but holds up well. I added bacon which made it even better. The Chalet aioli gives it that signature Swiss Chalet flavor. Highly recommend!
I usually get the quarter chicken, but decided to try this sandwich and I'm so glad I did! The breading has that same Swiss Chalet flavor profile but with a perfect crunch. The Swiss cheese melts perfectly and the aioli ties it all together. I got the garden salad instead of fries and it was a perfect lunch. Will definitely order again.
Ordered this for delivery and was worried it might get soggy, but it arrived perfectly! The chicken stayed crispy and the bun wasn't soggy at all. The portion size is generous - the chicken is thick and juicy. I added the Chalet dipping sauce on the side and it was amazing for dipping both the sandwich and fries. A new favorite!
